Peer mentoring is a structured, ongoing relationship in which one teammate learns from another. This course helps participants develop and demonstrate strong communication skills, and the ability to help others be more effective in their jobs. Business outcomes include getting newer employees up to speed faster, implementing best practices, increasing job productivity, and reducing error and rework.
