This call center course was developed in partnership with renowned data privacy expert Richard Purcell and partner companies such as Disney, Carlson Hotels, Marriot Hotels, and Johnson & Johnson.  The overall course objective is to create informed call center employees who make better decisions, identify and report potential issues, and become accountable for safeguarding customer data.

The course teaches the essential privacy and security principles needed to fully protect consumer data. Privacy knowledge and responsibilities are presented in real-world call center scenarios. The training is very practical, rather than theoretical, and focuses on increasing privacy and security knowledge and awareness through realistic on-the-job situations.
