MediaPRO started in 1993 with three employees. We provided custom, e-Learning content to large corporate clients, including Boeing and Microsoft. As we grew in the professional e-Learning arena, MediaPRO founder Steve Conrad and his small team began to realize that many organizations were asking for the same thing: security and privacy training content for their employees. With this commonality across our clients’ needs, MediaPRO shifted focus to high-quality, packaged learning content focusing on cybersecurity and privacy topics.
But why the name? Find more below:
MediaPRO specializes in cybersecurity and data privacy employee awareness programs. Whether you’re just getting started, want to improve existing programs, or seek best-in-class risk mitigation, you’ll find a MediaPRO package that delivers—and enables you to mature your offerings easily over time. With built-in assessment and reinforcement, you can ensure employees have the tools they need to keep data secure in the digital age.
Gartner has named us a leader in the Magic Quadrant for Security Awareness Computer-Based Training for all four years they’ve ranked vendors in this space. We are one of only three companies that hold that distinction. In 2017 as interest and need in cybersecurity and privacy awareness grew, Frontier Capital acquired MediaPRO.
From awareness program planning, employee surveys and phishing, to award-winning training content and tools to keep it all working together, MediaPRO offers our clients a complete learning solution. Learn more about why so many organizations entrust their employees' security and privacy education to us.
Tyler joined in 2018 as CEO and is leading MediaPRO’s transformation to focus exclusively on cybersecurity and privacy education while taking advantage of the firm’s rich history as an adult learning and instructional design leader. Tyler’s primary focus is building a world-class team of high-integrity, smart, strategic leaders who operate with a tremendous sense of urgency to address one of biggest challenges facing both the private and public sectors: the frailty of the human element in protecting confidential personal information and proprietary trade secrets.
Prior to joining MediaPRO, Tyler led revenue growth for SecureWorks, the leading managed security services provider, from less than $1 million to greater than $450 million through geographic, segment and channel expansion. In that time, Tyler owned all aspects of go-to-market and played an integral role in the sale of SecureWorks to Dell in 2011 and in the IPO spin out from Dell in 2016.
