Steve is an original founder of MediaPro and he continues to bring his years of expertise to enhance client relationships. Steve works with companies at the strategic level to determine how organizations can effectively leverage learning programs to improve performance and lower costs. He has worked with MediaPro to produce hundreds of innovative and high-quality information security, privacy, and corporate compliance initiatives for a variety of industries.  Steve has a BA in Finance from Central Washington University and his past experience includes various management and leadership roles at Oracle, Comshare, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).

Scott has over 24 years in the learning industry designing, developing, and implementing highly-regarded and innovative learning solutions for Fortune 100 companies world-wide. As Director of Operations, Scott leads MediaPro’s professional services and custom development eLearning projects, providing expertise in process design & automation, coaching, project management, performance management, leadership development, team building, and employee engagement. Scott has a Masters in English and Second Language Linguistics from Washington State University.

Chief Strategist; Security, Privacy, and Compliance

Tom is the chief architect of MediaPro’s Adaptive Awareness Framework™ approach to plan, train, reinforce, and analyze workforce learning and awareness in the subjects of information security, privacy, and corporate compliance.  Tom has a Ph.D. in American Studies from Purdue University and is the author or editor of 26 books and reference collections. Tom has devoted his entire career to content and curriculum design, first in print, as the founder of Full Circle Editorial, then in learning solutions with MediaPro.

Kim leads MediaPro’s sales team and has more than three decades of technology and SaaS sales experience. Kim Nelson sets the vision for MediaPro’s market growth, where he ensures that the company can successfully meet the needs of organizations ranging from fast growing start-ups to global enterprises with billions in revenue. Prior to joining MediaPro, he served as Vice President of Sales at Oracle where he launched the company’s on-demand application service. Kim also enjoyed success as CEO of Polivec Software and Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations for Primus Knowledge Solutions.

Thom leads MediaPro’s marketing team and has more than 25 years’ experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, building high-performing teams and creating customer-focused campaigns. Thom will help to enhance the MediaPro family of brands, and advance the company’s growth and leadership position in the market. Prior to joining MediaPro, Thom served in a variety of executive roles including Chief Evangelist of Kentico Software and Chief Product Marketer for Socrata. Thom also enjoyed success at Microsoft where he served as the Director of Audience Marketing and led the Microsoft .NET Framework product management team.
