If you’ve been reading our blog, you know that MediaPRO is dedicated to enabling you to go beyond phishing to support a more complete threat landscape.
To that end, we are excited to announce two new courses designed to teach employees about the importance of reporting potential cyber incidents and the role of an incident response team.
The two courses offer video and interactive elements to better engage learners and convey the information they need to know about these topics.
The news is filled with stories of organizations finding their place on the data breach “wall of shame.” The overarching lesson from these news stories is clear: your employees’ actions matter. That’s why making sure they know what to do when they see potentially damaging incidents is vital.
Focus on Reporting and Response
The new Incident Reporting course teaches employees their responsibilities in reporting potential incidents that put sensitive data at risk, the different ways these incidents can manifest, and the impacts of failing to report an incident. This course features scenario-based interactive elements and messaging to increase engagement and improve knowledge retention.
The Incident Response course focuses on the role every employee can play as member in an organization’s extended incident response, or IR, team. Industry experts agree that incident response is a necessary part of a sound cybersecurity strategy. Through video and interactive elements, this course explains the responsibilities of an IR team and what actions the average employee should take to help this team do their job.
